Jan Svozil
(May 26, 1857, Dubany near Olomouc, Austria-Hungary - November 15, 1948, Roztoky near Praha, Czechoslovakia)
High school educator, founder of therapeutic physical education. He introduced the cultivation of physical exercises in nature according to his own method. He has published in the fields of physical education, health sciences and Haná folklore.
